This 3-day workshop is a sequel to LDS 101 and LDS 102, this high-impact leadership course focuses on the evolution from task management to C-Suite leadership, emphasizing emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and team culture. This advanced course in leadership continues the 3-core approach developed by Yorkland Education and caps our leadership course series, and is designed for:
