This 3-day workshop is a sequel to LDS 101 and blends research-based models with hands-on experiential activities to build lasting behavioral change. Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies, research, and immersive exercises, this workshop provides a practical, hands-on approach to leadership development. This workshop is designed to transition high-potential individuals into effective leaders. This intermediate workshop course in our leadership course series applies the 3-core approach developed by Yorkland Education and is designed for:

  • Senior Managers & Executives preparing for advanced leadership roles

  • Heads of Departments looking to refine their leadership strategies

Leading Self:  Emotional intelligence, credibility, and personal leadership style.

  • The Foundation of Trust: Discover the seven essential elements of trust and how to manage your "trust account" with team members 

  • Analyze and evaluate personal leadership styles using real-world benchmarks to identify personal strengths and blind spots.

  • Self-Awareness: Learn to recognize and manage personal leadership triggers and cognitive biases.

  • Conversational Scripts: Develop custom scripts for difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and delivering assertive feedback.

  • The Coaching Process: Learn a research-based model for coaching team members toward high performance.

  • Feedback Loops: Master the art of constructive feedback to drive growth without damaging psychological safety.
